ROBERT A. LAPPING, Esq., M.Ed.
Robert Lapping is a partner in Lapping & Picardi, concentrating his practice in the areas of corporate and real estate law and dispute resolution. His experience in the areas of corporate and business law include business start-ups, corporate operations, commercial transactions, preparation and negotiation of contracts, partnerships, acquisitions and sales of businesses, commercial lease work, and counseling management on a wide variety of issues. Mr. Lapping’s experience in real estate law includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, condominium work, lender representation and service as a title agent.
Mr. Lapping, the founder of Equitable Solutions, Inc., has been rendering mediation services to disputing parties involved in commercial disputes since 1987, combining his legal background with his background in counseling. He also teaches mediation to lawyers, judges, and human resources professionals.
Mr. Lapping received his B.A. degree in government from Cornell University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Lapping also holds a Masters degree in Counseling and Consulting Psychology, which he received from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is a member of the Massachusetts, New York, and California bars and has been admitted to practice before the federal, as well as the state, courts of those jurisdictions.
